What we collect

When you send a stay request, Kozy Casa stores your name, email, optional phone number, dates, guest count and any notes you provide. We use these details to review your request, prepare a quote and manage your stay. Please do not include payment card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in your notes.

Where your request goes

Your request is saved in the Kozy Casa booking workspace. Access to guest records is restricted to the authorized owner account. This website does not currently send an automatic email confirmation or collect payment. Keep the reference displayed after you submit.

A request is not a reservation

Submitting a form does not hold your dates or create a confirmed booking. Your host must check availability and provide the full price, fees, house rules and cancellation terms for your agreement. If you book through an external provider, that provider’s privacy and booking terms apply.

Cookies and external services

This website does not add advertising pixels. Host sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication, which may set authentication cookies. External listing and booking links take you to other websites with their own policies. Property images are served here or from the image links provided by the host.

Updates or removal

To correct or request removal of your inquiry, use the stay request form and include your original reference and email. Your host can review the request. Reservation records may need to be retained for legitimate accounting or operational requirements.
