Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day: Friday–Monday. Juneteenth: June 19. Veterans Day: November 11. Any stay including these nights requires at least three nights.

Before you arrive.
Maximum 14 registered overnight guests. No unauthorized parties, events or additional guests. No smoking or vaping indoors. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Respect neighbors and report damage promptly. Pets require advance approval and the disclosed per-stay pet fee. Use designated parking only; up to three vehicles included, subject to verified legal space availability. Extra parking requires advance approval and availability: $10 per extra vehicle/night, capped at $50 per vehicle/stay. Do not block driveways, entrances, neighbors or vehicles. RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles require approval. Keep trash in the designated containers. Cancellation terms, taxes and arrival instructions are confirmed before booking. Existing reservations retain their original terms. Seven queen beds across three bedrooms. Garage, sunroom, barn house, RV and areas beyond guest spaces are excluded.
